Two Guys’ Local Bites began as a simple idea shared between family — to bring the community together through fresh, local, and made-from-scratch meals served with a smile. What started as a food truck quickly grew into a full restaurant in Preston Hollow, where we’ve proudly served the kind of food that feels like home — just made with better ingredients.

Our customers have always loved the flexibility, freshness, and flavor we bring to every plate. And as we grew, we realized we could bring that same experience to something everyone loves: pasta.

That’s where Local Bites Pasta Co. was born — a spinoff concept inspired by our same values:

At Local Bites Pasta Co., you’re the chef. You build your own pasta bowl — choosing your favorite pasta, sauce, protein, and toppings — and we sauté it to perfection. It’s fresh, it’s fast, and it’s made with the same care you’ve come to expect from Two Guys.

We’re proud to call Catskill our new home, partnering with Eat Catskill, a non-profit supporting local food entrepreneurs. Together, we’re creating a space where community, creativity, and great food come together.
